 MHES is once again a proud recipient of a Spring 2018 Access for All Grant through Young Audiences of Maryland. With this support, Medfield Heights will host award winning company SYNETIC THEATRE for (2) back to back assemblies this Spring! Synetic Theater is Washington DC's premier physical theater company bringing a wonderful collection of comical short-stories set to music: an old movie style Charlie Chaplin-like boat ride that turns into an outrageous stormy trip, two cowboys in the wild west taming a bull on the loose, two road workers trying to catch a butterfly in an attempt to capture the heart of a girl, and the classic invisible wall. Students are introduced to the art of storytelling without words through pantomime, imagination, illusions, and physical comedy in this theater assembly.
