On Thursday, October 27th, MHES will host our Annual Literacy Night, from 7PM - 8PM. Children are invited to wear pajamas and come to school to hear a story, eat a snack, and make a craft. Adult supervision is required - so please make arrangements to join your children for this fun-filled night. The Scholastic Book Fair will also be open during Literacy Night in the Library from 6PM - 7PM.
Storybook Character Parade starts at 1pm on October 28th - A beloved Medfield Heights Elementary annual tradition! Students should come to school wearing a costume from a storybook and bring the book representing their character AND be prepared to talk about their book and character with their classmates. Students will march through the school community starting at 1PM. Families are invited to join classes on this short parade around the neighborhood!
A Common Sense Note to Parents -
Costumes should be from a storybook, school friendly, weapon free and comfortable to wear all day at school! We appreciate our fellow parent's commitment to school spirit and safety!
