Save the Date for Spring Fling 2016! Saturday April 30th will be an exciting day at MHES with games, face painting, crafts, entertainment, food and fun. We are looking for donations for our silent auction to create an event that will be both a great day for our amazing students and also a successful fundraiser. Do you own a business / or work for an organization that could donate a great item or service for our silent auction? Let us know! Come to school wearing as much of your favorite color as you can!  Please make plans to join us at our next meeting, this Thursday, January 21st at 6PM in the Medfield Heights Elementary Library. We will review plans for the upcoming Snowflake Dance and begin planning for the 2016 Spring Fling. Children and new comers welcome!

We look forward to sharing updates on our exciting auction items as planning continues! Contact the MHES Volunteer Committee at [email protected] if you would like to contribute to Spring Fling planning!  A grandparent and retired teacher, Onelee Jakowski, will lead an after-school FRENCH CLUB for 1st and 2nd graders starting this Spring. This club adds to the wonderful line-up of after school opportunities offered at Medfield. FRENCH CLUB will run for two 10 week sessions beginning January 13th. Sign up sheets went home with students last week. Children will learn basic french conversation, songs, folk dances and crafts. Each session will finish with a program for parents to see what their children have learned.
We are thrilled to have so many dedicated parents, grandparents, and volunteers lending their talent and time to support MHES students and staff. Viva La MHES!  We had a great turnout for our December Meeting and Gift Wrapping! Thank you to all who attended. Please make plans to join us at our next meeting, January 21st at 6PM in the Medfield Heights Elementary Library.
Let it Snow at the MHES Snowflake Dance Party, Friday, January 29th, 6PM - 8PM in the Medfield Heights Cafeteria! Sponsored by the MHES Volunteer Committee. Funds raised will support technology. See you there!  |
