A great big thank you to all who volunteered to help with the book fair, Claire’s, and literacy night. These events that mean so much to our school community could NOT happen without your support and your time. You are all greatly appreciated!
The next PTO meeting is scheduled for Thursday, November 14th, 6:00-7:30pm at the Medfield Rec Center. We will have lots to discuss, including school budget adjustments and how the PTO can help. We hope you can attend! As a reminder, kids are welcome! Also, meeting minutes have been updated on the PTO website, so if you’ve been looking to catch up on past meetings, now’s your chance.
Our November restaurant fundraiser is at Chipotle on Wednesday, November 20th from 4:00-8:00pm. In-store orders only, and remember to mention MHES!
The next School Family Council meeting is coming up on November 21st. This is a great way to get involved and share your thoughts with the school and other parents about improvement and engagement at all levels.

Back by popular demand! Join MHES friends, parents and teachers for a beer and raise $$ for the school from 12:00-6:00 pm at Union Craft Brewing -- what a great way to spend a Sunday this Fall! $1 donated to the PTO for every beer purchased.
The delicious goodies ordered during the Claire's Gourmet fundraising drive will be delivered to Medfield Heights Elementary on Tuesday, October 29th. We need volunteers to help unbox the treats and organize them so that parents and guardians can pick them up quickly and efficiently throughout the afternoon. Please SIGN UP HERE to help!
The MHES Fall Scholastic Book Fair is Monday, October 21 through Friday, October 25 and We Need Your Help!

Volunteering at the Scholastic Book Fair is very low key. Volunteers run the cash register, help kids to select their favorite books, and help kids to count their money at check out. You'll be placed alongside seasoned Book Fair volunteers and will be shown how to use the register. It's a fun and important event for the MHES community and we appreciate your help!
Calling all Box Tops! FIRST Contest Deadline is November 7th! Win a PAJAMA DAY for the Whole School!
Bring in those Box Tops to earn cash for our school! You can ask neighbors, friends and family members to help you. Send them in on a COLLECTION SHEET or SCAN you receipt on the BOX TOPS APP! First contest ends on November 7th. If the whole school total reaches $100, the students will get a Pajama Day!
