The delicious goodies ordered during the Claire's Gourmet fundraising drive will be delivered between 8:00 am and 10 am on Wednesday, October 26. A large truck will drop off sealed boxes of desserts and we will need volunteers to help unbox the treats and organize them by student (using order forms provided by the administration), so that parents and guardians can pick them up quickly and efficiently throughout the afternoon. We imagine that the busiest time for pick ups will be between 3:30 and 4:30, as this will coincide with end-of-day pick ups.
We will need 4 to 8 volunteers for each 2 hour shift for sorting and distribution. Here's the link to sign up:
This endeavor won't be possible without help from volunteers! We will need to move a large quantity of perishable goods so that order recipients can collect them and take them home for refrigeration.

Join us for the first PTO meeting of the new school year, and the first in-person meeting in over two years!
On Thursday, September 22nd we will have our September PTO meeting, and it will be in a hybrid format. Anyone who wishes to attend in person can come to the Community Room, located to the left of the main entrance, from 6:00 - 7:30pm.
A Zoom link will be sent out prior to the meeting to everyone on the PTO email list. This link will not be shared on social media, so please reach out if you want to be on the list but haven't signed up yet (email@example.com).
