JA In A Day! Elementary Program Volunteer Opportunity, September 29th

​MHES is looking for business volunteers to spend a day (September 29, 8AM - 2PM) in the classroom and help children learn about earning, spending and savings. JA in a Day enables business volunteers to bring the JA elementary school financial education curriculum to an entire school.

​This one-day event is a great way to impact the community while providing employees with a team-building experience. One to two volunteers are assigned to a classroom to present a series of interactive, grade-specific lessons, while teachers enjoy the benefits of having a business professional in their classroom. MHES will supply coffee and a small breakfast. One or two (depending on number) volunteers per classroom (15 classrooms)
