The delicious goodies ordered during the Claire's Gourmet fundraising drive will be delivered between 8:00 am and 10 am on Wednesday, October 26. A large truck will drop off sealed boxes of desserts and we will need volunteers to help unbox the treats and organize them by student (using order forms provided by the administration), so that parents and guardians can pick them up quickly and efficiently throughout the afternoon. We imagine that the busiest time for pick ups will be between 3:30 and 4:30, as this will coincide with end-of-day pick ups.
We will need 4 to 8 volunteers for each 2 hour shift for sorting and distribution. Here's the link to sign up:
This endeavor won't be possible without help from volunteers! We will need to move a large quantity of perishable goods so that order recipients can collect them and take them home for refrigeration.
